Previous use of premises: | The building was originally the private home of Captain Rowe (Captain of the Laxey Mines). We believe it was built around 160 years ago. Popular local belief is that it became a hotel shortly after the mines closed and was known as The Falcon. Since then it has been a public house, both a free house and brewery owned as it is today. |
